Wrong Face in Pursuit of Happy Life: Loneliness and Lack of Meaningful Interaction

Perhaps, we are on the
wrong face of life. That's why the more we are up for reprieve from the cares
of the world, the more we are in a fix. While we experience loneliness and lack of meaningful interaction, despite being more connected, as the perceived connectivity masks itself in even deeper isolation.
Simply, it lacks the depth and authenticity of face-to-face connections and virtual interactions, leaving us feeling lonelier in spite of having hundreds of friends or followers. It has taken away our mental peace, the sanctity of our relations, our simplicity, and even our small joys.
Then where can we find escape or happy life?
Today we are living in the areas of so many confrontations and challenges, including mental health issues, economic uncertainties, social isolation, political polarization, and environmental concerns. Yet, it is not enough to determine how happy we are in a real sense. Can We Explore a Specific Area to Improve Our
Lives?
Let's move to another
side of the picture. The rapid technological advancements and modern-days complexities have created a need
for continuous learning and adaptation, posing a challenge for those unable to
access education and training.
Job insecurity, income inequality, and the gig economy are some other factors that create financial instability
for many individuals and families. The fast-paced nature of modern life, the
rapid technological developments, social media, and work pressures, have further exacerbated the situation.
Spiritual Wellness:
We equates happiness to material success, fame, and instant gratification. Whereas, it is the name of internal peace, which stems from our soul. Therefore, we
should add the element of spiritual wellbeing to the list of our needs for
physical and mental wellbeing. The journey to spiritual wellness is a guide to inner peace and happy life in today's fast-paced world, where the quest for balance and inner peace leads one to explore the realm of satisfaction.
Unlike physical health, which is often tangible and easily measured, spiritual wellness is a more abstract concept and resonate our soul, involving a deep connection to something greater than oneself. This journey is unique to each individual, blending various practices, beliefs, and philosophies to nurture soul.
Benefits of Spiritual Wellness:
By understanding spiritual wellness, we can learn the habit of being happy in our inerself and embark on a journey of self-discovery and connection with the world around us. It is the process of seeking meaning and purpose in life. It involves looking beyond the material aspects of existence to find a deeper connection with the universe. This connection can manifest in many forms, including religion, meditation, nature, art, and relationships.
At its core, spiritual wellness encourages individuals to reflect on their values, beliefs, and the overall purpose of their lives. Here, one can cultivate a sense of inner peace, purpose, a deep sense of calm and tranquility, and a clear understanding of happy life goals, motivations, and fulfillment. Besides, connecting with others and giving back to the community can significantly enhance spiritual wellness. Engaging in acts of kindness, volunteering, or participating in group activities fosters a sense of belonging and purpose.
Believe in Yourself:
What we endure are not just fleeting episodes, they are the seeds of deeper fear that take root in our psyche. We carry this fear with us, often finding ourselves in a maze of complex relationship of emotional challenges. However, after practicing spiritual experiences, I hope, it would remind you of the interconnectedness of all beings and the importance of contributing to the greater good.
It inculcates the feelings of belief in oneself. You make peace with your past, so that it doesn't affect your present by destroying your passions. You bounce back from them and began to trust in your journey, stay open to new experiences, and let your spirits guide you towards a life of meaning and joy.
Know Your End Goal:
Now that we have come to know a little bit about your goal, the point is, everybody will make progress in their own way and the result may be different. And ultimately, if the intention in wanting to get better and closer to Allah is present, and the effort is put in that is right, then the results don’t –and shouldn’t – matter. Why?
Simply, because our success is a combination of two things: The efforts we put in, and then Allah will make care of that and the rest. So, the effort is from us and its fulfillment comes from Allah. Whatever we get as an outcome, we must understand that The One taking care of us loves us more than our own mother, and is rewarding us, regardless of the outcome of our situation – so long as our intentions and efforts are pure!
