Devil Chase: From Spiritual Realms into the Grip of Demonic Forces

Harris wondered over the flow of negative thoughts in his mind. His eyes darkend and his blood roared like a wilfire in his veins. He didn't know where they come from, failing to recognize them in connection with the supernatural enemy behind it - the Devil Chase.

What the young master simply knew was that he couldn’t take his eyes off. Her gaze was searing into his skin, making his eyes darkened, and his blood roared through his veins like a wildfire. He closed his eyes and sent up a silent prayer, but there was no way in the hell. 

The more he tried to turn away, the more he dared another inch closer, hoping she’d push him off, praying she wouldn’t. His rhythm stuttered and the next moment he joined her in a world where he'd never been. It took a while for him to find himself again. He tried to choke out a curse, but his voice wasn't working. The devil chase had ruined him.

Harris Buries Him in the Dark Room of the Ghost Building

The guilt had been too much to bear. His journey had quickly become stale, and his relationship stagnated without a clear plan. It had moved in a wrong direction. 

What he could ultimately do was to bury himself in the dark room of the Ghost Building, which received him the way the dead were received by the way of funeral ovation around the centuries old graveyard of the Saintly Village opposite it.

Spiritual Youth

Harris is a spiritual youth. He joins a school in the Saintly Village on his father’s saying. He doesn’t have time and space to properly think about what he wants has made him realize that teaching isn’t the right fit for him. He goes there, but in a different capacity, and is looking forward to finding the right opportunity. As the days pass and the academic year coming to a close, he falls in love with his student's sister. 

Classic Tale of Love

In order to get his love, he avail each and every opportunity of getting close to his mother-in-law. She makes him leave his old self behind and comes into her world, and then before he was really at home in it, but too late to go back; she leaves him stranded there. The one-night standing destroys the lives of the mad lovers. It is sucking them dry and the things go from bad to worse. 

The guilt has been too much to bear. Their journey quickly becomes stale, and their relationship stagnates without a clear plan. It moves in a wrong direction. Harris is trying to conform to his idea of the way to do things, but goes into a shock on failure. 

Hostile Environment By the Devil Chase

His cousin speeds up efforts for his reformation. He convinces his elder brother for his marriage. Harris is not ready to accept the decision. He is not ready to accept another girl as his wife, yet he is forced to it. Now he falls in an all-out syndrome with the loss of his love ending up into a hostile environment for him.

Harris Disappears

The young master deserts the schools and disappears from the area. He ghost his wife, his family and friends. For seven months,  he tries to approach the new environment with a positive and optimistic attitude. He was now fed up of his life in the city too. He doesn’t want his life to torture him there. 

At last the reality sits in. His passion starts to feel like a burden. He encounters obstacles, criticism, and burnout. This shift is jarring and leads to the feelings of frustration and disillusionment. It is a crucial phase for him, where his passion begins to test him, asking if he is willing to push through the challenges. 

It takes a significant emotional and psychological toll. He starts to question his abilities, his choices, and even his identity. It leads him to a period of self-doubt and introspection. 

Compromise with Life:

The guilt of not enjoying his passion as he once did is overwhelming. It is a confusing line, where the lines between joy and stress becomes blurred. Fed up, he calls his family on phone. Talking to his wife, he receives a happy news of a child from her. It is like a light in the dark corners of his life. 

It changes his perspective. He is thinking him like a grown-up man now and wants to utilize the embarrassing challenges and his mistakes as opportunities for growth and learning. He tries to be patient with himself through the adjustment process. 

He no more wants to spoil what he has by desiring what he has not. He doesn’t want to lose sight of the brighter aspects of life. Here, he undergoes a real personal growth and in the end, he is convinced, regardless of his love, is meant to be together with his family. It re-energizes him, as he discovers a new drive and sense of purpose. 

Underlying Message

The underlying message of Devil Chase is that it’s important to take time for yourself and to spend time finding out who you are and what makes you happy – and that no matter how much you love someone, if you’re not able to be yourself and communicate effectively with your partner, then things are unlikely to go well. 

The spiritual youth is growing into himself again and doing what is right at the end. He takes steps to mend his relationship with his wife, whom he leaves behind in the emotional streak of mind. He gets that life is different for different people and that what works for one couple won’t necessarily work for another.

Devil Chase is An Absorbing Reading

The emotional depth and dramatic twists are key to the success of the novel. Devil Chase is a bold exploration of love, guilt, and moral conflict, that is sure to captivate readers. The author does a great job in creating an atmosphere of warmth and love of explaining the lore and how everything works. Overall Devil Chase makes an absorbing reading, wherein the emotional conflict has been resolved in light of religious implications of the immoral act.
